We aren't lawyers. We're an appeal formatting service. Our service is to prepare and mail your appeal exactly as you provide it. We do not control the outcome of your appeal—that rests with the municipal agency.
You review a preview of your appeal letter before checkout. At checkout you authorize payment; your card is charged only after your appeal packet is accepted into our mailing queue for fulfillment. You are paying for document preparation and certified mailing — not a dismissal or any particular outcome.
Because you preview your appeal before paying and we charge only after your packet is queued for mailing, most customers have already seen exactly what we will send. Refunds are not automatic and are not based on whether the city grants or denies your appeal. The city — not ParkingBreaker — decides the outcome.
We do not issue refunds because you changed your mind after mailing, because processing took longer than hoped, or because the appeal was denied.
